Flat-rate prices for IT services can hardly be specified, as the effort involved in IT forensic investigations depends on numerous factors. This already begins with the device to be examined: is it a desktop PC, a laptop, a smartphone, a tablet etc.? Which operating system is used: Windows, Mac, Linux, Android etc.? Which investigations are required?

 Costs of professional IT forensics in Germany

The IT forensic investigations provided by our IT Service are carried out by qualified specialist personnel, such as graduate criminologists and specialised IT professionals, using state-of-the-art equipment and in appropriate facilities, such as isolated underground laboratories. Our findings reports are suitable for use in court, and, where required, there is also the option of preparing an expert report.

 

Professional IT forensics requires a high level of expertise, which is also relatively rare.

 

Cost guidance: For a professional standard IT forensic examination of a single device the following fees apply:

 

• €1,280.00 per smartphone,
• €1,790.00 per PC or tablet.

 

The advance payment is at 70% of the total costs for clients living and registered in Germany (100% for any clients from abroad).
